Standard Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries
- Delivery within 5 to 10 business days
Total shipping cost = "Per Shipment" cost + "Per Item" cost.
Orders shipped via Standard Delivery typically will be delivered within 4-10 business days, via UPS, UPS Basic, Fed Ex Smartpost or USPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Standard Delivery is only available for street address and P.O. Box shipments within the continental U.S. Standard Delivery is not available for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories.
Please note: Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
Two-Day Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries
- Delivery within 2 business days
- No P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO
Saturday delivery available for certain locations. For Standard and Rush orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) MST, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
One-Day Shipping Rates for U.S. Deliveries
- Delivery within 1 business day

Saturday and Sunday delivery available for certain locations. For Standard and Rush orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) MST, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. For Next Business Day orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) MST, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via Fed Ex the following business day before 3:00 p.m. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) MST on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday).
Signature Required Shipments with a merchandise value above $300 may be sent with a signature required upon delivery.
International Shipping Options & Charges
International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, international shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Returns & Replacements
Secretly Spoiled will gladly accept returns on any unworn, unwashed product purchased Online within 30 days of the shipment or purchase date. Online purchases may be returned to Secretly Spoiled by mail, along with your product(s) and a filled out copy of the Return and Exchange Form to:

No returns or exchanges on FINAL clearance items.
Items Shipped in Error:
If an order was filled incorrectly by Secretly Spoiled, please contact the Customer Service Department at sales@secretlyspoiled.com as soon as possible. The correct product(s) will be shipped promptly and a return label will be provided to return the incorrect product(s).
Defective Shirts:
Secretly Spoiled will gladly exchange any product(s) with a manufacturer's defect within 30 days of the date it was received. Please contact the Secretly Spoiled Customer Service Department at sales@secretlyspoiled.com to have this arranged. We will ship out a replacement product, along with a prepaid label, to return the defective product(s). Please fill out a copy of the Return and Exchange Form and include it with your return.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled after 24 hours will not be refunded shipping and handling charges.
